It's my idea for Change of Haiti.And also we need a vice President not a prime minister.The vice president will peside the chamber of the senate.A leader at the chamber of the deputy.Let our mayors of the city take their responsability on the city as a commandand in chief of the police in the city.Ours judges need to be elect by the peoples not by the gorvenement.
