may proud haitians commented on this article but yet i still wanna learn why yall are proud to be a haitian, i mean im afrian american and proud because of our history and where we started from, that my ancestors broke so many doors that i have yet to see struggle in my life, i dont come from the ghetto but also isnt considered rich, i love my music and the way we dance how any rhythm can lift our spirits and the religion we praise well i guest im asking what lifts your spirits, do yall have sunday dinner, pack the house with family when one of our own has graduated, what type of food do yall eat i mean please answer very curious
